Product condition

To qualify for a refund, appliances must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and including all documentation, accessories, and components provided at sale.

How to Initiate a Product Return

Receive Your Return Label

Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and detailed packing instructions. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.

Verification and Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive your returned appliance, our technical team will inspect the item within 2 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.

2. Approval

Following a successful inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are initiated immediately.

3. Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact our support team at hello@noltria.shop.
